TWO FIELDS ZAKROS LTD.

In 2018, I was commissioned by TWO FIELDS ZAKROS LTD., an organic olive oil farm located on the Greek island of Crete, to photographically document their entire olive oil production process. The project encompassed capturing every stage – from the meticulous cultivation of olives, through the traditional harvesting process, to the gentle processing and final packaging of the oil.

In addition to the production processes, I also took portraits of the two brothers who founded and run the farm. Originally from England, they have realized their dream of sustainable and environmentally friendly olive oil production in Greece. My photo series not only captures their dedication and passion in managing their business but also the idyllic landscape of Crete, forming the backdrop for their sustainable practices.

The project also included high-quality product photos of the finished olive oil, intended to reflect the product's high quality and purity, and visually emphasize the company's philosophy of harmonious production with nature.
